FINAL PRESENTATION
Parametric, Mobius, Triquetra, Connection, Dynamics
The main purpose of this project is creating parametric pavilion structure that belongs to public. My site is located at Gas Park, Seattle, US. Gas Park site locates along the water context and is facing downtown Seattle across the river. There’s lots of high rise building around the park. Through curved shape pavilion, I expect people liberate from straight lines and enjoy to being with pavilion structure. Overall shape of pavilion structure is coming from the hybrid of Mobius strip and triquetra shape. There’s no start or end point, so people may feel about continuity and gap space between structural frames will create spatial connection between structural forms and surround environment.
